    I purchased this motor coach from TPA Group on Sept 9 2023, it was supposed to be delivered to me in ****, ** within 14 days, I received my Coach till January 5 2024, I had to go to ************** as that's where the Coach broke down once again, these coaches were sold to be with a *** inspection ready, as it states in contract, this coach is far from *** passable, I have had it in the shop more than I have had to replace the 2 tag tires, the 4 drive tires which were over 5 years out of date for highway motor coach use, I replaced the spare which was rotten and flat, the clutch went out on the second trip which was in January, they sent the parts, i had over $3000 in labor, the ac went out 30 minutes after leaving ***********, TPAS Group had it worked on still didn't fix the issue, had to put a new condenser in, now i just had to order over $2000 dollars worth of AC compressor cause its bad, half the lighting for the *** inspection are out, also the work promised on interior wasn't done, now, they should have stopped working on it within a few weeks and told me, I kept asking them to just hold that money find me a worthy coach and get me into something dependable, this coach I have should have been scrapped, I am still fighting an ABS system problem, that's also keeping me from the *** inspection, the light was on when i got it, TPA kept telling me that the issue was simple, but they never fixed it, I had the part replaced, but still have a non passable ABS light issue, I want my money refunded plus all the money I have spent and lost time and wages, this is a Lemon, and needs to be treated as a Lemon. thank you in advance for any help you might give me with this situation.****** Thomas
