On 27th of June ***************************** came to our home to clean our air ducts. One of there service techs drilled a hole into our coil causing it to become unrepairable. QRC was contacted by ***************************** to come and repair our system. Our unit was a ******* 3 1/2 ton system. QRC installed a 2 1/2 ton coil that caused our unit to over work itself. We had contacted QRC a couple of times over a 2 week period to come and look at it not cooling. We hired an outside contractor to come and look at it and that was went we found out that the wrong size coil was installed. From all the stress of the wrong size coil it overworked our compressor until it stopped working. We have had the other contractor to come in and install a new unit. The new heat pump unit costed around $4000.00 but we also had to pay them an additional $120.00 just to come and look at our system. Not only are we going to have an extremely high electric bill but now we have also had to purchase a new heat pump system. We had just had our system serviced a couple of months ago and it was given a clean bill of health for a unit that was 15 years old. We feel that QRC should be held responsible for the cost of the unit and for the assessment fee. If you have any questions you can contact me and even ***************************** the manager that we were working with is **** at phone number ************. ***************************** has gone above and beyond to help us and I have a lot of respect for them because they cared and called to check on us several times. ***************************** has all contact information.

I accept the rejection response because it does not have anything to do with Quality and Regulatory. It sounds like it was an oversight as it has the same name.

    Regards,
