    I need to get a copy of gas receipt from the Shell station at *********************************** from the date noted above. Per the Shell website, the station can provide a copy or manually write one. I have been traveling for work and need the copy in order to submit it for business expenses. I went to the station today and attendant said they could only print receipts for the past day and they could not help (contradicting what was on the Shell website). Per the Shell website , my next option was to call ************** and press option 8. After being disconnected twice, the third rep said they could not print a receipt because the station was independently operated and that I would need to contact them. I told them that I did that but the attendant said he couldn't help me. I then told the **************** rep that the ******************** website said to call this number as a next step (they were not aware that was stated on the web site). The **************** gave me the number for ******************** to talk to the manager. However, I had already tried to call the number she provided and I told her it has been disconnected. At that point she said she could put a request in to get the correct contact info for the station but that icould take "weeks or months" or get and after that, per Shell's process, she could escalate it. So I asked her "other than putting a request in, are you saying you can't help me" and she said yes. The gas station can't help me and **************** can't help me. According to Shell's website these are the two options a customer has. I need this receipt as soon as possible in order to submit a reimbursement report.
