    "As a pharmacy owner, I was looking forward to working with Mobile Mediclaim for credentialing services, but unfortunately, the experience didnt meet expectations. While they initially seemed helpful, the intricacies of legal compliance and the associated costs werent clearly explained upfront, which left me feeling unprepared for what I was signing up ****** complicate matters, they didnt provide any services after I signed up, yet refused to issue a refund. We tried reaching out to find a fair resolution. Their representative said they would connect us with management, but we never heard anything back.While I understand that businesses have policies, I believe more transparency and flexibility could have turned this situation around. Id recommend pharmacy owners and healthcare professionals proceed with caution and ensure all details are clearly laid out and the model they propose is compliant with the laws in their state before committing."
