    I purchased the pair of shoes referenced in the attached receipt on 08/16/2023. The left shoe of the pair tore the first time my daughter ever wore them (08/23). The first time I called the store to inquire about an even exchange for a non-defective product, the man on the phone told me to contact **** directly as it's a manufacturer issue. I asked if they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell, and he repeated to me to contact ****. I have since called back to speak with a manager, who gave me an email address of ********************** to contact someone local regarding my concern. That email is not functional. At this point - I just want the shoes exchanged for the exact same non-defective ones from the company I purchased from.

    Attempted to purchase shoes from here on more than one occasion and was denied purchase of shoe I was interested in purchasing with the amount I had for one pair of shoes was told I had to spend over a hundred dollars on a pair off different ******* rebook, or puma tennis shoes on different occasions in order to spend my money on the shoe i want to purchase. Made a purchase on a pair of tennis shoes and when asked about the price difference of what the original tag state I was told they where allowed to sale them for what ever they wanted.
