  I bought a truck at a no reserve auction that stated that it ran and that it was a low mileage original truck. The sticker on the windshield even stated original miles! The auction had many parts of the same in age and vintage, in the same auction. They said they recently did the body and it had video of it driving. But after I looked at the vin code, I discovered that the fenders separately sold in the auction were the originals. Not the junk sold on this unit. I bought it to find that they stripped all the original parts to sell in the same Auction and that they support a chop shop operation in Illinois. This case is evident when the truck came with Chinese popped fenders instead of as advertised with original miles. They sell classic cars that are not what they claim them to be and these “customers” that they have relationships with, are bad actors. Not as they state on their website, that they support sales by reputable sellers. Selling vehicles with Video to entice buyers into a vehicle that has a blown head gasket; that’s not being done by me or my classic car community. But it is done by Sullivan and their customers they misrepresent! Sullivan would be blind not to know that these classics are misrepresented and that buyers are being had by these auction tactics. Videos of a runner and “titles” in thier auction for vehicles with “original miles”, are not vehicles that are stripped for profit. That video and details on the listing are not to show buyers of the real condition, but to imply quality and condition, all which were not as the auction stated. Not “original miles”, which indicates original fenders and metal work…… they took me for a ride by supporting a chop shop. They are absolute scammers, in that they support 100% misrepresentation of original miles. This truck was a hack and not an original body truck with a recent paint job! scammers!

  we have been in business for over 40 years and try to be as fair and transparent as possible  . i attached a copy of our disclaimers that strongly encourages potential buyers to inspect vehicles before bidding and we cannot guarantee or warrantee the vehicles . we had 32 pictures plus a video of this vehicle on line. we had a 7 day pre-auction inspection period that Mr ****** obviously did not take advantage of but waited a year and decided to complain. not sure what he is talking about with the fenders , most restored 40 year old vehicles have new parts installed as this one probably did also. please let me know if you have any questions .
