    I contacted customer service and she pulled up my account and order info. I told her I wasn't happy with the quality of the items I received. I told her the queen excluders I received were ***** and not safe for bees to travel through. She was aware of this issue already and told me that's the way they're shipping them for now. I mentioned the quality of the woodwork on the other boards and that my queen cages were pink. For the double sided board I told her it looks like a child did certain parts. Its so bad on one side bee could crawl in the middle get stuck and die. She quickly dismissed any complaint I had and never apologized on behalf of the company. Only when I mentioned them sending me a prepaid shipping label was any concern given and that concern was directed towards not letting me get a prepaid shipping label. She put me on hold for 10 minutes without an explanation and when she came back took my phone number and said someone would call me in 15 minutes. No one ever called back!

    We have tried to contact the customer over several days with no response from the customer.  We cannot settle this without his cooperation and make this right with the customer.  We called 4 times and left messages for customer to contact us and then when no response the following email was sent and still no response.  We really would like to get this taken of, but will need him to contact us at ************** and ask for me ***** ******* and we will be glad to as we were in the beginning to take care of this.  Here is the email I sent to him:  If there are any further questions please let me know.
