5 starsI recently had my roof redone, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team did an amazing jobmy roof looks brand new! They removed all the old materials and installed everything new with impressive speed and efficiency.What really stood out was the excellent communication throughout the process. I always felt informed and comfortable with each step. A special thanks to ********, the owner, who is always friendly and professional, and to ***** *********, who went above and beyond. ****** attention to detail was exceptional, and he made sure everything was done to the highest standard.I truly appreciate all the hard work and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services.Review fromERIC M

5 starsThe team at New Horizon Restoration did an excellent job working with us and guiding us through the insurance claim process. ******* was relentless when working with us and talking to the insurance company on our behalf. He patiently made sure that we understood each step of the process and helped make our claim so that we had absolutely no out of pocket costs. *** was very responsive when it came to calling us to schedule inspections and the installation of the roof. The crew that replaced our roof was very professional and completed the job in one day. They arrived on time and cleaned up on the same day. Aside from a new roof it was like they were never there. We are very pleased with the final roof. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to replace their roof.Review fromMichael T

I luckily found New Horizon while they were working at a neighbor's house. From my very first interaction with ******* and **** until the final completion of the project EVERYONE we dealt with was excellent. The entire staff from office to project leaders and roofers and ****** were great. We are extremely happy with our roof, siding and gutters. They offered us multiple brands and colors to choose from.We highly reccomend *** and his team to friends and family members. They are very very good at negotiating with the insurance company on your behalf to get the claim correct and ************ happy to have this quality company in our area.New Horizon Restoration, Inc

We had a positive experience with ********, ******* and the New Horizon team. They maintained clear communication throughout the project and assisted us in selecting a roof color. The entire team was professional, polite, and efficient. They ensured a thorough cleanup, leaving our property and our neighbor's property in pristine condition. 5 starsThis team was super easy to work with. We had communication throughout to keep us updated on the status from the insurance claim to picking out the shingles. Roofers were very courteous and did a great job.
