      My mom ******* ********* had I ***** *********, her daughter, write a check to Integrity Roofing in October 6 2021 for $1750. 00. They cashed the check 3 days after it was wrote. I ***** ********* has called numerous times and the Rep **** ****** has hung up on me. My mom is elderly and has nurses come in and help with therapy. I had one of her nurse's call and he hung up on her too. My mom has been in and out of the nursing home since then due to her health, I don't know who else to contact on this matter. I have the contract, the check and the bank statements. She just wants her roof done because it's leaked bad in her bedroom and ruined her brand new drop ceiling and ceiling fan that she had done a few yrs prior to this matter. They are not willing to work with us to resolve this.

      To whom this may concern:

      I would like to say first this is very unfortunate that there is so much confusion around this situation and hopefully this will bring some closure. There has been several people involved in this situation that sadly contributed to this misunderstanding.

      I should first point out our contract was with Ms. ******* ********* which was told at the time of signing we were currently 10 weeks out  weather permitting before we could begin the work. When we called back to set up time for repair Ms.
      ********* son said they didn’t have the money to complete the project at this time and inquired to whether we offered payment plans which we informed him we didn’t. So he asked us not to come at that point . Weeks went by and we never heard anything then we received a inaccurate report from the BBB. 

      Prior to the BBB report we had never spoken to Tracy ********* our customers daughter. We did reach out after that and tried to inform her of the actual details of this situation to no avail. At this point we offered to refund the full amount of the deposit because they still didn’t have the funds to move forward   or an accurate  understanding of the facts about this situation.
      We refunded the full amount of $1,750.00 ck # ***** on 3/23.
