    June 7th 2022 I ordered a mounting plate and gun sites for a friend:MK2 Co-Witness Night Sights Front and Rear TALL SKU: #MK2NS-CO $275 The package was received July 1st and was missing the sites. J Wolf at ****************************************************** claimed that the sites were likely stolen by **** and they would file a claim. On July 8th I asked what they were going to do and they replied they didn't have any sites to ship so I said we would wait. ********** said **** (co owner of Elite) was filing a claim with **** for the full amount. I checked back over the months with no sites available. October ********** said they would refund or we could keep waiting. We waited until December where they said I would receive a refund ASAP on January 2nd 2023. No refund appeared on my credit card and after emailing them 13 days ago they claimed they couldn't refund a card past 90 days and they sent me a check. I never received a check and I asked for proof. They have no ignored me for 2 weeks after I asked them if they were ripping me off. Which I believe they ripped us off from the beginning. They stole my money by getting a **** insurance claim and not refunding me they got double the money. Picture shows box when I opened it that only had the mountain plate in it..
