    I purchased a baking machine from this for $6,208.41 CAD from this business on November 9 2023. The machine did not work for my products so I asked about returning it and getting a refund. They said if I shipped it back to them I would get a refund. I shipped it back to them on May 14 and now they're saying that the machine was not in good condition and they can't sell it as new so they can only refund me $2700 USD. I said ok I'll take it even though that's not what they said before and *** packaged it and shipped it out for me so I know nothing was damaged. I agreed to the $2700 and sent all of my bank information for the wire transfer and they still didn't send me the refund. Now they're not responding to my emails or calls. This is ridiculous taking advantage of people trying to make a living out here.

    We ordered a cookie machine and paid $10014.00 CAD Plus over $800 on broker fees.The machine did not work for us.We shipped it back and was refunded $6000 CAD.
