    I was due to rent from this management and ***** contacted my bf and I 1 month away from our designated move in date stating we needed to pay 1st months rent by noon or he was going to cancel my lease. All of my invoices for the 1st month rent stated that the payment was not due until the day we actually get our keys. Then he had the nerve to say go back and review the email communication and the original posting and it says that 1st month rent and security deposit was due after being approved. If this was the case, then why even allow ** to pay the deposit and not continue to push for 1st month rent. Instead you wait 2 months later to try and say that we need to pay rent for a unit we had not even seen vet or had keys for. I'm not sure where they do this at but l've never paid rent up front for a unit that I would not have access to for about 6 weeks. He stated that he would refund out deposit and I am waiting on it to be ***** to me since he did not want my bf to come to the office to pick it up.**| will let you know when I received my deposit and proof that my lease is actually cancelled and releasing us from all liability
