    On July 5, 2022, I placed an order online at https://endlesplay.com/ for a PlayStation 5 console. Their listed price on their website is $499.99, which I paid for with my **************** (AMEX) card. I found it unusual that I never received an email confirmation about my order, with estimated shipping dates, etc., so I tried calling the number listed on https://endlesplay.com/, ************, and leaving a message to inquire about this. I did not receive a call back, so I also emailed them at the email listed on their site.I never received any response to my phone call or email. On July 6, 2022, EndlesPlay charged $579.98 to my AMEX card. Again, there was no email or phone call from EndlesPlay about this charge.On July 7, 2022, a charge for $759.96 from EndlesPlay appeared on my AMEX card, which triggered AMEX card fraud alerts. I called AMEX Fraud Prevention at ************ and discussed the situation with them. I have filed a dispute with AMEX regarding these charges, since the behavior of this company is suspicious and possibly fraudulent. EndlesPlay does not respond to any communications, either telephone or email, and these charges keep appearing on my AMEX card (AMEX is blocking further charges from them to my AMEX card).I have attached documents which I have provided to AMEX regarding this situation, which include amore detailed timeline.Please let me know if you need further information. I do feel that the lack of communication from this company and the continued attempted charges to my AMEX card warrants an investigation into EndlesPlays business practices.Thank you
