    I agreed to move out on may 3rd 2024. I got sick with back pain. I agreed to move any ways and got to U-Haul. When I got to U-Haul. I used a prepaid Paypal card. U-Haul do not use prepaid cards so I had to load the money on my card at the currency exchange. I got on the bus at 2:45 pm but the bus takes an hour going and coming. When I got to the bus to currency exchange I have to unload funds off the prepaid card which cost me $3 every time. So now I had to ask for the fees back to get my U-Haul money. I got to the building to pick my property up at 6:18 pm see attachment. The svm property management stated that he set my things outdoor for me to retrieve. I went to my apartment and nothing was outside see photos. I went after court on may 9th and the the svm management stated that he put my property in every garbage but the one at my address. I want my property delivered to me. This company robbed me for my property and stole my deceased loved ones ashes.
