    I paid 1000$ for a new driver fender ,passenger fender , and a new bumper back in July 2024 .The receipt says customer to give half down and the rest upon completion . The business completed the fenders but left the old bumper on which is not what I paid for! I have been getting the run around since July about the bumper , now its November I still dont have the brand new bumper . This business has received the payment in total but is still yet to get the work done which is ridiculous . They dont do refunds so I would want to be reimbursed for the work they haven't done but still 4 months later promise to do.

    I hit a pothole on the highway in 2021. There was some damage to my vehicle,2019 **** Taurus, SHO. Riteway Auto repaired the vehicle, at that time. I had a vehicle incident in 2022, approximately in the month of June. I hit an animal , racoon, and there was damage on the front end of the vehicle, and underneath the vehicle. It was an insurance claim, and Riteway Auto asked to handle the claim. Riteway Auto had the vehicle for a month, before returning the vehicle. Once the vehicle was returned , within a week, the check engine light came on. I let Riteway know the issue, and it was never resolved. They would just turn the warning light off when I would come in for an oil change, and the light would come on a few days later after driving. Approximately four weeks after receiving the vehicle, the axle bolt breaks , while driving. I take it back to Riteway Auto , and ***, the owner states that the issue stems from the pothole incident, in the summer of 2021. ***, the owner of Riteway Auto had my vehicle for a month in the summer of 2022, and should have made sure the vehicle was repaired in it's entirety. Riteway Auto , charged me for the repair. The issue happened for the second time in 2022, two weeks later. The axle bolt broke while I was driving, and Riteway Auto repaired it without a charge, after I complained. Two weeks later the same issue happened , and Riteway Auto owner, ***, spoke with me about the issue, and stated that he would be willing to pay for the repair because it is over his head, even if the work had to be completed by someone else. When I went to pick up the vehicle *** charged me $1,500.00, for the repair. I reminded *** of our conversation, and he stated that he made no such promise. *** is a liar and a fraud. Riteway Auto received over ******** dollars to repair my vehicle with my insurance company, in the summer of 2022. I will also let the insurance company know about Riteway's faulty practices. I believe it is insurance fraud as well.
