    On 7/30/23, I ordered Jerk Chicken and Cheddar Grits Casserole, Cinnamon Sugar Beignets, and 2 Buttermilk Pancakes from Flavor Brunch Bar in *********** ** via Uber Eats application. I received the Jerk Chicken and Cheddar Grits Casserole. However, I did not receive the Cinnamon Sugar Beignets nor the 2 Buttermilk Pancakes. I contacted Uber Eats for a refund, but **** stated that the order is not refund eligible. I called Flavor Brunch Bar and spoke to ******************. I told ***** that I did not receive the 2 items. ***** told me that they did not have the items in stock that I ordered. Then, I requested a refund because I did not received the items. ***** told me that she could not issue a refund. ***** told me she would talk to the owner. She toke my name and number an told me she would call me back. ***** called me back and told me that she could not give me a refund. ***** told me to try to get a refund through Uber Eats again buy selecting "dispute entire order" in the Uber application. And to call her back if that did not work. I tried it, but I did not work. I called *************** and told her that it did not work. She put me on hold for 25 minutes with no answer. Then the phone call was disconnected without a refund issued.
