Hello. My experience with this plumbing company was good until this experience. I had them come out on 12/16/2023. No hot water. Came out that day and said pilot light issue. Lit pilot light and left. Pilot light went 10 mins after he left. Called back to "answering service". Told them and they made appt. for Monday. Came back and said gas valve. Didn't check anything else. Ordered part said Wed if not probably Thursday for sure. Part never came. Ordered again. Here I now sit on XMAS eve and I'm sure Xmas too with no hot water! A good company would have rushed order and had part next day or had another plumber come out and see what they could do. Very disappointed.

Came out on a weekend with no appointment to help with a water heater. Workers were very clean and professional. Services were much less than the other quotes I received (that I would have had to wait until Monday). Cannot recommend high enough, thank you guys for all your help.Rockland Plumbing & Sewer

Absolute garbage business run by ***** who is an absolute garbage human being. They dont stand behind their work, they have zero integrity, are overall hacks, then will run and hide after they ruin something in your house and have every excuse in the book why theyre not liable for their own negligence and or poor workmanship. Their reviews do not lie, the general ignorance and carelessness of the businesss replies are the exact reason why nobody in their right mind should hire this company. They are living off American Home Shield and other warranty companies that peddle contracts with as many holes in them as this plumbing companies finished product.Rockland Plumbing & Sewer

Your coverage only goes so far for your warranty company. We cannot help that you had damages caused in your home before we even got there. We are not in business to cover damages caused by your plumbing. We are just there to fix the problem that caused it. Sorry for the confusion but its just that simple.
