    I have a 2108 Chevy Silverado. There is a lifetime warranty on the vehicle. I took it in for service 4-5 months ago because it was vibrating. They changed the tork convertor. That did not solve the issue because it is still vibrating really badly. I talked to customer service and they offered me $4,000 on a new truck but I'm not in a position to purchase a new vehicle.

    I ATTACHED PAPPER WORK ON VEH.TRUCK HAS SHUDDER WHEN IT DROPPS TO 4CYLE MODE.THIS IS A VERY COMMON ISSUE WITH THESE CHEVY TRUCK.

    IF CUSTOMER DRIVES ALOT  AT 40 TO 50 CONSTANT IT CAN BE ANNOYING.WE VARIFIED THIS IS THE ISSUE HE HAS.WHEN TRUCK IS IN 4CYLE MODE AND TRANS IS IN OVER DRIVE IT WILL SHUDDER AT THOSE SPEEDS.I ADVISE CUSTOMER TO TAKE TO ANOTHER DEALER AND GET SECOND OPION.

    .I BELIEVE HE DID.THIS WAS IN BACK JUNE OF 22.ITS HARD FOR ME TO REMEMBER THAT FAR BACK.I KNOW CUSTOMER HAS  TRIED TO TRADE.SALES DEPT GOT GM TO OFFER CUSTOMER 4000 TRADE ASSIST

    FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.CUSTOMER DOES HAVE POWERTRAIN FOR LIFE,BUT IT ONLY COVERS A FAILED PART.I TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER TO DAY AND GO OVER ALL THIS TO REFRESH MY MEMORY,BUT NO ANSWER
