      I bought and paid for headlights from them. Company promises expedited shipping. However, they only ship the item three weeks later.

      I specifically asked, prior for paying/shipping to only ship a full and complete headlight assembly. When I received the headlight in was missing it back covers, and what it seems to be an hair crack in front.

      I sent pictures showing in details of the item received. Merchant asked me to ship the item back for a refund. Once I ship the item back the merchant refused to refund my money claiming the part is not theirs (?)

      Keeping my money and having their part back is illegal. Their reasoning for no refund is not clear, as they suddenly claim the part is not theirs. Why would they say it AFTER I sent the item back still puzzled me, especially after all the back and forth communications and detailed pictures of the item received, I emailed them.

      They sent me a headlight with missing parts, despite my specific request, before payment, to only ship a full and complete headlight assembly. They knew it was missing parts ahead of time, but never disclose it, and shipped it anyways. The bottom line is that the merchant was not honest from the beginning, simply a scam

      The merchant now has my payment, which he refused to return plus the part that was shipped back. Doesn’t he knows he “can’t eat the cake and keep it too”? Keeping my money AND the part constituted a fraud! Whatever the case is the merchant cannot keep both. I need my money back.

      The Headlight The Buyer Purchased From Us Was Complete Assembly As You Can See on the Link I've Provided Above However The Buyer Was Returned His Old Diffective Parts to Us Instead Which We Paid Return Shipping Cost When The Part Was Returned to Us Back Plates Were Missing & Damaged Also Didnt Have Our Parts Mark On It AS You Can See From Above LInk Our Headlights Had Back Plates Also Buyer Seen the Same Exact Photos Before They Purchased It Where Our Back Plates Went Why Our Marking Wasn't On The Returned Parts Was He Trying to Exchange His Diffective Part With Our Good Part For Free His Return Part is Useless & DOES NOT Hold up to Our Business Standards to Sell It's Total Trash As of 7-11-2025 These Photos Are Still Available in Our Inventory Page As They Were When He Purchased It.

      I provided a vin and description, the part arrived and did not fit. My car has power door looks, this was never asked. I would like a $30 refund. they are trying to charge a restocking fee, I do not agree

      I purchased a faulty transmission from this business and I was trying to return the transmission within 30 days of the purchase and he refused to give me even my core money back he didn't give me any of the $427 that I spent with him back and all I wanted was a refund

      Our Customer Purchased from Us A Tested Smooth Shiffting Undamaged Transmission. Whoever Installed the Transmission to Our Customer's Vehicle Did NOT Put the Torq Converter into Bell Housing Correctly/ Wasn't All the Way In or Primed in Basically Installed Wrong Result Was Damage to Bell Housing of The Transmission.Which Voids Warranty. Faulty Person/Company Should Take Full Responsiblity & Get Her Abother Transmission at Their Own Cost. Please Re Evaluate the Installer Thank you.
