    I have purchased a series of 5 massages in May last year. This ***** rescheduled and canceled the first and did not show for the second massage, which we rescheduled. After this ,did not show for the third. I waited , called and left numerous messages and there was no answer. It is of utmost surprise the ratings are so good, because I believe this is the way ahead scams people out of their money. Its not worth taking to court, so most would just let it go. I am still very disappointed and frustrated at all the time , and ultimately, money, that was wasted on that. Attached screenshot of my one way conversations with the person. She would call back after a day with some explanation after the first no show and thats the only reason why I agreed to reap. In retrospect, I should have asked for a refund then. Just letting everyone know in case this happened to others. It is to teivial to take to court because of the time and cost. However, this should be noted and marked.

    This customer purchased a series of four massages in May. 1 2023 the first one was rescheduled because of failure to confirm appointment. The second one was given on May 14, 2023 a follow up was sent for a rate and review as we send to all customers after service ,after that she called and said she was at the shop and I reiterated itzthashap works by appointment only which was indicated in the initial purchase, since then she has indicated she has called we have received none also no attempts to schedule . We have made several attempts to make contact as shown in the attachments screenshot she failed to respond or confirm appointment scheduling through app . days later she created a false ******** page in hopes to harm the business credibility with lies that she has never received ************ at all and have been scammed. She then proceeded to leave a review on yelp and ****** that had no truth we believe she aims to harm the business using defamation of character, we are shocked by these accusations and attempts to discredit the business. This is the first in three years of service. We believe she wants to harm the business not receive the service she has received two while claiming to have received none she has lied and said she was scammed when weve clearly tried to make contact via website email and phone  and shes also created fake harmful pages with the companys brand and logo for defamation of character and last but not least she still has not made contact to receive a resolution over all
