    Home warranty licensed plumber came out to the above residence at ***************************** to assess why the water was leaking in the bathroom. The plumber determined that the bathroom shower was improperly installed and the professional methods from building the bathroom and the construction was not done by a professional plumber. Additionally, the bathroom tiling was not properly sealed to prevent water from the shower to spread throughout the basement floor and two other bedrooms or rooms. The basement drain was also covered by flooring completed by SDK RESTORATION, Inc. All of these issues are a result of unprofessional and irresponsible and/or unlicensed or lack of knowledge in the proper reconstruction of the bathroom. These issues have created molding in the walls and the floors from the spillage of water coming from the bathroom shower. These resulting damages have increased in cost for repair. Therefore, the purchaser of the property cannot use the bathroom shower due to the builders inexperience and lack of knowledge in reconstruction. Initially, SDK was sent a package with photos and a request to cover financially the burden of the leak and damages. At this time, the recent discovery has lead to an increase in cost to repair damages created by the improper installation of the shower and coverage of the basement drain. There has not been any successful contact with SDK RESTORATION. SDK RESTORATION PROVIDED A BUILDERS WARRANTY AND WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY NOR RESPOND TO MY REQUEST FOR THE COMPENSATION AND COVERAGE FOR THE DAMAGES ACCRUED FROM IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF MY BATHROOM SHOWER AND THE COVERING OF MY BASEMENT DRAIN WHERE WATER IS SEEPING FROM BENEATH THE ****** My home is newly remodeled by SDK RESTORATION.
