  Giving one star because I can't give negative stars! Words of advise for the shady sales model they use to get you! They're not set up like a traditional car dealership for a reason, they want you to let your guard down. Nobody likes to walk into a car dealership and deal with car salesman because they know they're gonna get screwed. Their definition of OTD, out the door, isn't the definition you know or ******* Their definition is you have the keys in your hand and you're walking out the door. That is straight from the sales manager's mouth. They want you to be distracted by conversation when you are signing the paperwork for purchasing their car because they don't go over any of the information on the paperwork. Yes, my error, however it just shows how dishonest they are. DO NOT trade a car in. I did. My OTD price didn't include the value of my trade in car or the taxes and fees associated with the purchase. When I went back, of course after signing all the paperwork to try and understand the pricing, their explanation of the pricing of the car is a scam! They know it but they'll never admit it and they don't care because they have a signed document and your money! You DO NOT get a deal here, it's a total scam. Hopefully my car will not have issues like the other 2 reviews on this website! I will not be dealing with this location ever again and hopefully this post helps people in the future who want to purchase an Audi. I wish I had done research on the reputation of this dealership because I would never have stepped in their door if I did!

  At this Audi-affiliated dealership, I recently faced a series of disappointing encounters following my purchase of a CPO vehicle. Within ***** miles of purchase, I was confronted with a radiator leak. It took them two weeks to fix this issue alongside a faulty camera, which didn't resolve my issues. The shock didn't end there; upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that the coolant level hadn't been refilled and was dangerously below the safety mark.Another alarming experience came to light. With only **** miles of driving post-purchase, my car's oil level hit the minimum. When approached, the dealership responded nonchalantly, brushing off my concern as 'routine' and suggesting I could top it off myself if I felt uneasy. This response bewildered me. One would assume that a fundamental procedure, such as an oil change, would be executed by a dealership before handing over a vehicle to ensure its optimal condition.To compound the unfortunate events, I invested in a $1600 ceramic coating package for my vehicle at the time of purchase, anticipating a pristine finish. Regrettably, the initial application was anything but satisfactory. It was hastily done, leaving conspicuous smudges throughout my car's interior. It took two additional attempts on their part to even begin to correct their initial shoddy work. Only on the third try was a persistent stain adequately addressed.My experiences with this dealership sharply contrast the high standards one would associate with the Audi brand. Their indifferent service, insufficient communication, and a string of unmet promises have turned my vehicle purchase journey into a cautionary tale. I genuinely hoped for better and would advise prospective buyers to approach cautiously.

  This place is full of a bunch of useless people who have only done damage to my car and have not compensated me for my time and my property that they seem to not be able to fix properly. I contacted Audi Exchange recently to try to get some help because of the unprofessionalism ************* has shown over the last 3 years, but turns out Audi Exchange is the exact same. I spoke to ********************* and he literally word for word told me that they do not want my business and there is nothing they will do to help me in any way. I am beyond shocked and will be reaching out to my attorney about this poor business. He had the most disgusting attitude coming from a MANAGER, this is unreal. Steer clear from this place to save you the trouble.
