      I purchased a 2024 **** bronco from Highland Park Ford approximately two months ago and paid in cash. After owning the vehicle for twoweeks, the brakes failed which put me engrave danger. The car was towed to the dealership and I was informed to be in touch with **** corporate For a buyback. The buyback was recently denied. The dealership has done nothing to make the situation correct. I will not drive this car as it isdangerous and want a full refund or a new car.

      Hello, after I buy Lincoln Navigator 2020 with ***** miles.drove like 3 weeks and transmission gone on 64000miles.Dealer repeat under warranty but take so long .1month.But after repair transmission not been fixed well, and keep car shaking , gear not working properly, gear jump from 2-3 speed to neitral.I been complaining every month, only what dealer did , its update transmission.And let me drive again next month.After all this movie, finally they replace transmission,but after 10 ***************** done again , transmission overheat , car start shaking, stop middle on the road and smoke coming from hood.This time I towed car already.dealer holding for another 3 weeks and only thing they did, driving around dealer.Done .Jothing else.Warranty will explored in 2 month.Theybjust holding time to not fixed and leave for me unfixable car.they tell you want to pick your car , ok, if not its ok too.Wtha I should to do, I cant work, my payment due 2 month already, I lost a lot of limo orders, I lost a lot of money,and its only because they not doing their job well

      I have spoken with our Service Manager, ***************************. It seems as though this customer has the wrong **** store listed in his complaint. We have only had this vehicle here one **************** on August 11, 2022. He has an extensive service history at Highland Park Lincoln! Fox Lincoln is neither the originating dealer nor the customers primary service dealer. Please see attached ************** from Lincoln Service.

      Customer is currently refusing to pick up her vehicle and is in a new dealer Lincoln Aviator loaner which cannot be used for her livery business.This vehicle was purchased used 11/17/22 with app **************************** 12/28/22 at ***** miles with hard shifting transmission.Dealer overhauled the transmission following warranty guidelines performing a cost cap which rendered a repair decision.We are always backed up 2-3 months and her veh was pushed ahead to complete the overhaul within 4 weeks.She was in a dealer Lincoln loaner for the repair duration.

      Customer returned June 1 ********** miles with hard shift from park.Concern was not present.Dealer updated valve body electronic shift strategy which resets drivers driving habits and clears computer.Customer returned 8/16/23 with antifreeze leak at ***** miles.Dealer replaced the heater core hoses which were not covered under the customers warranty.We did an after warranty assistance to cover the $700.00 repair.They also complained about abrupt shifting.The dealer this time got a new transmission approved by **** esp which we installed.RO closed 10/14/23 because customer was driving their vehicle while the new transmission was on order and also because we had repaired the coolant leaks for them.The $100.00 deductible they paid also qualified them for a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty on the new transmission.Customer called and had their car at ***** miles towed to another **** dealer.They could not verify a transmission concern so it was dropped off back to us 10/25/23.We too could not verify any concerns so after them being in my loaner for 1 week and a half we released back to them.They again dropped back off claiming of shaking at highway speeds.Dealer had left the old ro open and looked again 11/29/23 putting them into another loaner.A new repair order was written 12/15 for documenting purposes for customer and us.My tech drove home 2 nights plus the test driving at work.The only thing we verify is the brake rotors are severely warped causing heavy vibrations in steering and suspension and the tires need to be replaced.I phoned customer Friday 12/15 and told her and she exploded on the phone and is driving the dealer loaner with no intention of picking her car up.Then we received the bbb letter which *************** to now.At the present time this vehicles transmission is operating as designed with no fault codes showing up in our computer.

      My new Bronco was built 69 days ago and the dealership refuses delivery so the can get 2023 prices instead of 2021 price I locked. They also charge $10,000 over MSRP. Been over 2 months and they wont give me any answers expecting me to walk away so they can profit.
