1 starThe whole experience was misleading, and many key points were left out. I would have much rather spent the $200 I had to pay to get a single printed photo of my dog toward getting many photos of him. Our sweet boy passed away just three days later. Its sad that this company cares more about upselling and getting as many people in the door as possible, rather than doing those simple small things that wouldnt cost them anything but would have helped a grieving familys process a little easier.Review fromDean H

I got taken for more than i wanted. They took my money and ran away with it. I called them two days later trying to cancel my order but they said their hands were tied and couldn't help me. Go Anywhere else but here. The price is way too high for what you'll get.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears this review is based on buyers remorse. According to the BBB website, they do not handle the following:* Issues based solely on dissatisfaction of price * *****'s remorse That being said, we would like to respond as requested.When you chose to come to our studio to commission custom artwork with us, the details of the order you asked us to commission were clearly explained to you. Our artists can only complete a limited number of pieces per year, and as a result, we take these commissions very seriously. We are a small business, and we block out valuable time for our artist and provide tremendous resources to complete your artwork. For this reason, the order you signed was verbally read aloud to you first, and you then proceeded to sign the work order and a credit card receipt, both stating that due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.We have always felt we have a sophisticated clientele who take their choicesanddecisions seriouslyand remain true to theirwordandtheirsignature. Our staff thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with your family, and we will continue to uphold our artistic commitment to you.
