  *** BUYER BEWARE ***I am writing to formally demand the full refund of $36,754 from Grid LLC, as confirmed by ***** attached text messages, which indicate that you will not be issuing the total refund requested. It is both shocking and appalling that your company would have the audacity to withhold a single dollar after missing the 2024 tax incentive deadline and consistently ignoring numerous documented emails and texts.***** himself admitted the following in previous communications: - I haven't been able to stay on top of all of my sales projects because I have been in the field. - It's a ton of reasons, but no excuse. I just want you to know that I am not ignoring you intentionally; I have just failed to be responsive because I haven't had time to troubleshoot my phone. - I hope you understand that I have done everything physically possible to get all of our customers across the finish line. Unfortunately, there are two projects that didn't make it, and yours is one of them. - Since we're not going to be able to meet the deadline and you're not going to get nearly the savings that you and I had spoken about, I suppose the best course of action is to return your deposit in full. Due to these admissions and the lack of satisfactory resolution, I require that the full amount be deposited into the account provided by Friday, June 6, 2025. Failure to comply will leave me with no alternative but to pursue this matter through legal channels. *** BUYER BEWARE - don't give this company a DIME! ***

  Hey *****, We're sorry that we weren't able to get your system approved through your local jurisdiction/authority. You requested a full refund on 6/3/25. On 6/9/25 we provided a partial refund with the intention of giving you a full refund once we have an agreement in place regarding that refund. You invoked getting lawyers involved, hence why we felt it behooves us to have any refund agreement agreed to in writing, but you refused to agree to the refund that you yourself suggested after we put it in writing. Furthermore, the texts where we suggested giving you a full refund happened months ago in January when we first suggested a full refund, but you wanted to proceed with your project instead, so we did. We still do not fully know whether or not your project could be approved because the conversation with your municipality is ongoing and we still felt as though there was a way forward, until you decided to request a refund and to cancel the project through no fault of ours. Our installation agreement clearly lays out that after the initial 3-day right of recission, there may be fees that we collect, especially if the cancellation is no fault of our, as in this case. We feel it is reasonable for us to have required your deposit to cover the expenses we incurred on your behalf and then to return the rest of/vast majority of your deposit to you. We spent many man-hours on trying to get your project approved including, but not limited to: engineering and stamping fees, interconnection fees, permitting fees, etc. Despite these expenses we incurred, we were willing to offer you a full refund and eat those expenses as a company. If you'd like to reopen a dialogue with us, perhaps a path forward that included a full refund for you could still be an option.

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Grid LLC. We had multiple interviews with various vendors before we decided to work with Grid LLC. Not only where they a local vendor, but from our initial conversation to the installation, everything was handled professionally. ***** and his team took all of the time with us that we needed to answer any and all of our questions. ***** was not a high-pressure sales-person and his quote was less expensive than any other bid. Besides being a personable ****************** is very knowledgeable. He went to great lengths to ensure that we understood everything we wanted to know about generating solar energy. He was honest and set realistic expectations regarding what to expect throughout the process. He worked with a professional engineer to ensure all codes were met. The engineer created a 13-page scope of work document which included specific info about our VSUN panels, the Enphase microinverters and flashing/mounting system. Our solar panel installation was completed in Feb. of 2024 and all inspections passed the first time. The solar panel system looks neatly finished with no ugly wires looking out of place. We couldn't be happier with the results! With the Enphase app, we can monitor the current and historical energy production by day/month/year/lifetime. The panels are producing energy very well and have held up to several hailstorms. We have ****** electric. Our May 2024 bill was $14 for the meter, customer and delivery charge. This is $147.04 cheaper than same time last year and the summer electric/AC season has only just begun. Many thanks to Grid LLC!
