Options HME provided my family with prompt professional medical care. **** ****** and ***** ******** were friendly, knowledgeable about the stair lifts, and answered questions without hesitation. The installation was top notch with care of carpeting and surrounding walls. In recommend this entity without any reservations. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Honest people are hard to find.

2 starsChair lift was purchased in October and installed in November. This was an amazing experience because I gained mobility back on my second level. Everything was great until approximately 3 weeks ago when i called and asked about their process to buy back this unit that was only used for 6 months. They quoted a buyback of $1,000 although I paid ***** just a short time before. This all makes sense as to why they didn't go into detail on price of a buy back. So they took their service that they know is needed and than when and if it isn't needed any longer that's when you feel taken advantage of. They now refuse to even do a buy back because I left a negative review on ******. Really? You do know at anytime I can delete that review, right?Review fromLloyd V

I am very pleased with my stairlift chair. It has given me the freedom to get into my basement and remain independent. I no longer fear falling down my steps and hurting myself physically. The installation went smoothly and the installer was kind and thorough. I was happy to deal with a family owned business. We were very happy dealing with ***. Our situation was a little different then most. My sister passed away last ********** family gifted us her stair lift. We contacted ******** came to our home to evaluate our situation. He was able to adjust her lift to our stairwell. *** was very easy to work with & he did the installation. From beginning to end everything about Options HME, Inc. was perfect. They delivered everything they promised and exceeded all of my expectations. This family owned business has skill, integrity and a great product. They explained their product clearly, taught me how to use it safely and gave me a contract to back up their guarantees. It gives one faith that there are still local businesses operating with the ****************** to serve the public.
