    My sister purchased a gift card for me for Christmas 2018. When I went in for a haircut in 2019, prior to the illegal 1 year expiration, I could not find my gift certificate, they were unable to find a record of purchase for it but the owner stated she would honor it on my next visit when I brought it in. The pandemic happened and I tried contacting them to see if they could honor my certificate for hair products and the receptionists have always given me the run around and said they would pass my message along to the owner. I've never heard back from the other once. I've even stopped by and spoken to receptionists who say that their system will not take my gift certificate because it's "expired." Again was told the owner would contact me and never heard back. They have illegally pocketed the unused value of my gift certificate. I would like a refund of the $50 since they have refused to honor it.
