      January 06 2025 I ordered one bottle Glycogen for help to lower my blood pressure it was $59.99 when i received the sent me 6 bottles of medication that i did not ordered they took out of my checking account $255.98 I called the company right away and they said we cannot refund you after much negotiation they said I could it back with full refund , I sent back the next day and called in a week so for refund they told me they would refund my money but i had to pay $5.00 a bottle for return which would mean I would lose $35,00 for 7 bottles with a lot of negotiation they finally agreed not to charge for shipping it only cost me $5.00 to ship them back to them . I have called them 4x in March each week they say you will get your refund in 5days .I called each week in April and May and June and i was told same story each week I asked to speak to Billing or a manger they said it was not allowed Could please help me I am retired and on a fixed income

      I purchased these cabinets through my contractor several months ago. They were finally installed about 2 months ago. Since using them, several doors have come loose at the hinges. One door is one hinge away from completely falling off. My contractor (*******) stated they attempted to contact procraft, as have I, with no response back.

      I have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and cannot get a response regarding the 5 year warranty on cabinets. I have included my call logs and pics of damage that they refuse to call back on. I cannot make a claim inline either. I am also unable to go to store as the only claim person works from home and they will not take a claim in person.
