    If I could give "0" stars I would. Discrimination against those that are in crypts and niches. Those that are buried in the ground can basically decorate however they want (solar lights, flowers, flower beds, crosses, statues, etc) but those of us that have loved ones in the niches and crypts are extremely limited. Contract states that nothing is to be taped or glued to the front of the crypt. My things were just hanging from his name plate. I even had his memorial cards taken down and thrown away. Biggest disappointment was when I went to retrieve his flags from Memorial Day to find that MANY US FLAGS WERE DISPOSED OF IN THE ***** DUMPSTERS IN THE BACK OF THE CEMETERY. THIS IS A TOTAL DISGRACE TO OUR COUNTRY AND THOSE THAT HAVE SERVED IN OUR ARMED FORCES. When talked to the head office several years ago about the decorations being removed I was told that I DON'T own the crypt - only what is inside and I should just honor him in memory and not worry about placing things on the outside. Those crypts are NOT cheap - over $8000. Where is the sympathy for grieving people instead of worrying about the almighty pocketbook? Now they are offering a memorial vase for the crypts and niches to the tune of $400 for the vase, $150 for installation, 2 year contract for $140 and a 5 year contract for $300 but you can't replace the flowers (only they can change the flowers 2 times a year). and a $20 replacement fee if something happens to this vase. Again, everything about money! I wish I had never buried my spouse there and searched out other cemeteries.
