    Im trying to get help with a plot in my name at ****************************************************,my father purchased one for each of his 6 children ,my father is resting there now. I can't get anyone to comply at this office to send me my deed and ownership of my plot, so that I can prearrange my wishes for myself. I was told they would send the proof of ownership deed by ******, that never happened. **************** is nowhere to be found at ****************************************************.

    The cemetery is buried people 6 feet from our house and gives no thought to the clientele it puts next to us ( they do not close gates at night that leads to parties at night and the occasional shooting . Thats correct the occasional shooting ( most of people buried here have gang affiliation) I would like someone to demand they shut gates and provide security for the people that they affect! Also would like a ruling on how close they can bury someone to a residential house.

    I paid for a double headstone for myself and late son last year. I noticed when the headstone was placed at the plot that the birth date is wrong. I have called the company more than 25 times about the incorrect information on the headstone and no one is taking my issue seriously. My sons headstone needs to be corrected.

    Good evening,

    I have spoken to this customer several times, and the birthday is incorrect but that is the date that the customer had signed off on.

     

    the customer gets a layout we tell them to look over the information correctly send back you approve the layout.

     

    the customer sent ************************* a message stating that he approve the layout.

     

    later after the headstone had been placed he noticed that the date is incorrect.

     

    The customer comes in very upset, we then pulls out the paperwork to show him that is what he approved.

     

    Customer got very upset and ******* said that he will do the best to help him with this matter.

     

    The customer is very upset because we are not moving fast enough for him.

     

    I told the customer we are working fast as we can, we will do our best to fix it.

     

    Customer calls us everyday to ask if it's fix we tell him not yet, he comes to the cemetery talking really loud telling us what we are going to do.

     

    I speak to the customer to let him know we are working on it but it takes time we do have other familles trying to get their love one laid to rest.

     

    We did not make the mistake but we are going to do our best to get it fixed.Tell us why here...

    I purchased a headstone for my deceased loved one whom is buried on their grounds in 2020. Ive been calling multiple times to be informed of the placement of the headstone (I was informed it would occur the following year. I never received a call. Since then Ive been to numerous funerals and discovered the placement of their headstones. I am extremely upset. ***** who is an employee has been of no assistance.

    Good morning,

    i do apologize for that has happened. 

    We normally can get a headstone within 3 months, not it's taking like **** months, due to the lack of granite.

    I have spoken with the company and they will get this out as soon as possible.

    I have tried call the customer but there was no answer.

    I did speak with ********************* and he stated he emailed the customer and received an approval on the layout.

    I do apologize again for what has happened.

    We are short staffed here at the cemetery as well, I am going to make sure when the headstone comes in, it will get set (placed on the grave) A.S.A.P.
