    My father's grave stone was damaged by funeral staff during a nearby burial in November 2024. I have pictures of damaged which prove the damaged was caused by funeral staff which I forwarded to the Cemetary Manager. After speaking with the manager in December of 2024 was assured they would be filing in insurance claim and replacing my father's gravestone by May of 2025. As of June 21, 2025 my father's gravestone has not been replaced and I have not recieved a call back from my repeated calls to Queen of Heaven Cemetary. I am so upset of how management has handled the damage to my father's gravestone caused by their own staff negligence and their failure to return any of my calls to remedy this horrible situation.

    Since July 1st I have been trying to get the grass cut by my family plots. On July 31st I requested the headstones to be reset and the grass cut. I was told that it would take a couple weeks (in my book that means 2). On August 14th I again made this request, as of September 8th it still isn't completed. My mother's 94th birthday is the 10th and I have 20+ family members coming to celebrate her with a luncheon to follow. I now have to cancel all our plans because they (Queen of Heaven management) say that it's not done and they don't have any idea when it will be done. This breaks my heart because I don't get to see my siblings very often and my mother was a great person!
