      I purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Munch supply in ********* 12-29-22 and due to several returns due to incorrect or damaged equipment spaning weeks the accounting department has repeatedly requested money in various amounts. First it was that I owed 73$ then it was 550, then it was **** now they are saying I owe 274. To date they have not provided an itemized list of all credits and debits to my account for comparison to bank statements and receipts. The constant harassment with no prove or evidence to back up any claims has lead to undue stress and complete lack of professionalism or moral compass. To demand payment of several thousands of dollars without proof, evidence, or a consistent amount of money owed is against any logic for an accounting specialist. I would like the immediate stoppage all communications and requests from this business due to at least 4 documented requests for evidence or prove of being ignored. Specifically the claim that I owed **** without the knowledge of a charge to card of around **** dollars to my credit. After finding out this charge was in place the business then stated I owed 274 dollars. Also the lack of detailed, accurate, documented, accounting for purchases at the of pickup due to counter staff not providing receipts of all transactions makes it difficult to track errors.
