      *** came by our house as part of those cold calls companies make after severe weather, and we could not have been happier with the overall outcome. First, he did his own inspection and assessment for hail damage, then helped us open a claim with our insurance company. He was there while the adjuster did his inspection, then advocated for damage they disagreed on. He was very responsive and proactive with updates, even when scheduling was taking a while. The final product looks great and were so happy with it and how fast the work was completed. They even advised us on insurance plans - to make sure we get a Replacement Cost Value plan next time so it will cover all costs, instead of Adjusted Cost that pays less the older your existing features are.

      We just had a roof replaced. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. **** was amazing. I initially was very reluctant talking to another Roofing salesman." **** asked for 5 minutes. I was impressed with his down-to-earth personality and him basically saying let me do all the work and if it doesn't work out or sound good to you, you have nothing to lose. And he was 100% right. He did all t heavy lifting for us. All we had to do was put the claim in. He handled everything from beginning to end and our roof came out beautifully. The crew were able to get our roof done in one day, making it so convenient for us not to deal with all that stuff for more than one day. I highly recommend C&N construction for your roofing needs and definitely recommend **** for his great customer service and commitment to the customer.

      If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do not use this company!!!!! ***** this company!!!!!!! They were super eager to get my business initially, then after a customer service call asking for an update since I didn't hear from the technician, I received another person. Well, here we are now- 2 salesmen later both with false promises and no follow up, and 4 months of waiting- still nothing. I'm very disappointed. This company is terrible with communication, provides customers with unkept promises, and has poor customer service. I researched this company and checked out reviews, which all seemed positive. After my experience, I find it hard to believe that all of these positive reviews are even real. The people over our project have had terrible communication and nothing has been done about it!! Hed tell us he'd get back to us, then nothing for weeks until I reached out again.

      Very pleased with the work done by C&H and ***** was great. ******** inspection and proposal and top notch one day completion with an awesome clean up!

      C&N construction did a great job at a fair price and I would highly recommend them. Their representative ****** ***** is very professional and a great guy to work with. Always returned calls in a timely manner.

      I had C&N helped me with setting up sidings with my insurance and they did do a great job. I had some questions for them and it seems like they don't want to respond which gives me a not so good feeling. Basically my trust was gone so now they wanted to collect 15% from the amount that the insurance had given me for my sidings. Mind you this 15% means they had not done anything yet we did not pick out materials etc. I have a problem with trust and that's what I lost with this guys. They have been harassing me as well threatening what they will do plus call the insurance and say that I had spent the money that was meant for the sidings. The truth of the matter is I want someone else to do my sidings other than them. I am also seeing the darker side of them by harassing and threatening which makes me not want to do business with them even more.

      Their representative ****** talk, the very good gang. But when it came down to doing the work very disappointing. The contractor they hired to replace my roof on my house and garage, do not do a very good job. The corner of my roof the shingles. are sticking up. They put holes in my garage roof and they damage my gutter. Which they told me will be replaced. They will not answer nor return my calls. Now the person they contacted to replace part of the ceiling in the **** area of my house did a fantastic job.

      C&N as a whole did an amazing job. I really appreciate their dedication and support with my insurance claim and making sure I got a new roof and gutters on my home. I will definitely keep using them and refer my family and friends to them.
