    We love our new home from West Point Builders!! They were very easy to work with and the few issues that came up were promptly resolved. This is the third new house that we have purchased in our lifetime and West Point has been the best. West Point has an above average number of models to choose from and is very flexible about customization if desired.

    Steer clear!!! These guys build garbage, squeaky, overpriced homes. Since buying ours in 2016 we have had 2 foundation cracks repaired due to a rushed build, were currently dealing with MASSIVE water and mold damage in our attic due to a fireplace that was never properly installed. The roofer that came out thought our house was ***** years old due to the garbage materials used. All West Point Builders has been able to tell me so far is that I need to leave all of the saturated, molding insulation in place until they can get someone to come and assess, Ive been calling on every extension available for the last three days and still cant get them to tell me when someone will be here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

    HORRIBLE BUILDER - Avoid at all costs!! I made the mistake of purchasing a 10-year old “new construction home” built by this builder. I thought buying a “newer” home there wouldn’t be any major issues to worry about but man was I wrong. Shoddy workmanship from this builder where they take ZERO responsibility. Please don’t be fooled by their “A+ Rating” on here. The reviews/feedback from other homeowners on here speaks for itself.
