    Too bad you can't give a negative rating. Unless you want to end up in critical care at the hospital, don't trust this staff with your care. I was referred to them from a friend. For doing so, I have no communication with them anymore. This facility's version of care, is to not call in my prescriptions for 4 days. Only upon threat of filing a complaint with **************, they miraculously called in the prescriptions into my Osco just before close on Sunday. I have 5 arthritic disks in back, along with severe muscle spasms. Mostly preventing me from walking at all. For this I went without pain medication. I was also to receive a steroid shot my back and neck. To relieve the pain. Pills have no effect. The procedure was postponed, because of a scheduling error. Now, due to my lack of trust of my care in their incapable hands, I attempted to go to a more reputable doctor. That has now been put on hold. This facility has been notified many times via phone, text and/or email to cancel said steroid shot procedure. They have refused to comply. I filed an official complaint with ********** Blue Shield. As-well-as with grievancesandappeals. Now until this matter is resolved, I have to continue to go without necessary medical care, and have been placed on leave of absence from work. Just now, I received yet another voicemail from ****, in that giving me prep instructions for a procedure that has been canceled. It is astonishing how this facility is still in operation.
