      My personal information - my home address is on this site. I am not able to remove my information with their opt out option. You are supposed to click on the http linked with the address, but it does not show the specific link and then put it in the opt out form. Therefore, I am not able to remove my information. I have been the victim of identity theft and therefore, I need my information removed.

      failure to update or correct outdated and incorrect business information, despite multiple requests. Their listings continue to misrepresent my business, which is having a negative impact on both our professional image and SEO efforts.Specifically, they are:Listing my personal name as the name of my LLC.Publishing an incorrect business address, which is directing clients to the wrong location.While our phone number and website are correct, the issues with the business name and address are damaging our reputation and search engine visibility.I have made numerous attempts to have this information updated or removed, but the online directory has not responded or taken any action. It is clear that they are either unwilling or unable to correct the *********** a result, I am requesting that the incorrect listings be completely removed. I have attached the relevant screenshots/PDFs of the listings for your reference.

      This company has me listed as *** offender. I am not on the registry. I have contacted them serval times and they are not responding. They are publishing incorrect information for the entire world to see.

      Dear City-Data.com,Please see the attached screen shot. My personal and private information is being published on the internet by your company without my permission or consent. Providing my personal and private information which includes my home address to the public poses a safety risk to me and my family. It has come to my attention that my personal address has been posted on your website, which has resulted in ongoing harassment and stalking against me.       This website is listing me as a *** offender which is not accurate. The page leading me to my so called alleged page on the state website leads to an error, nor am I listed if you search. Their report an error button does not work, it does not allow to be clicked and seems to be on purpose. It is now creating impacts and undue burdens because it is erroneously listed. This is my last step before legal action.

      I've requested through email, phone, and their online disassociation form to have my personal information removed from the site, but none have been successful. The form in which they have to remove your information does not work at all. Due to this, along with the poor customer service from this company, my information remains easily accessible to the general public. This affects not only my personal life but prospective employment and housing opportunities. I don't believe I'm asking much to opt-out of a service I never agreed with. Thus, I'm kindly requesting that my information be removed from the website along with the 4 URLs associated with my information.
