    This company believes that it's acceptable to use deception and misleading descriptions and definitions of policy on their website in order to generate orders and $$$$. On the website they have quite a catalog of items available including the one I desperately needed to get a customer's boiler back online so they would have heat. 2 days after placing the order I received an email saying Blackhawk was waiting for it to be delivered to them and they would ship it out after that. I immediately replied saying the site showed it as "In Stock" and didn't appreciate being lied to about it. Some smug "customer service" rep replied saying it wasn't listed as in stock but rather "available for sale" - no apology for the deception, just a tone of arrogance and being pleased with themselves that their lie had worked again. Available for sale... Any idiot can put up a site and literally list everything everywhere and claim "available for sale" It's obvious that Blackhawk is only concerned with making the sale not the needs of their customers.
