    Dr. **** *. Johnson said he could put a crown on tooth#** safely without a root canal. He was busy working on multiple clients simultaneously and damaged my pulp root by drilling sown too far I was in extreme pain and agonizing pressure in that area. Is negligence force me to have the tooth surgically remove. more pain and suffering with surgery. I now have to undergo several more surgeries for 2.5 hours in the chair to begin implant work. more pain and suffering. He promised to reimburse the crown that he charge me $920 and i was not able to use as he made it too large for the hole ontop of damaging my nerve root. I have fees for peridontist surgically removing the tooth for hundreds and now being charged $7975 to install implant. He also chipped another tooth on other side of mouth taking out a filling and installing a new one. He refuses to provide his insurance information to reimburse nearly $10k I am forced to pay. He destroyed my bite, ability to chew food properly and cosmetically altered my appearance. He has promised to make it right but has not done anything. The dentists, periodontists and endodontists I paid for opinions were horrified that he did not reimburse anything YTD. I have consulted with the Chamber of commerce and Mayor of ******* Estates. They too can not believe he harmed me financially and physically like this. They suggested contacting you and other resources. Harming a senior citizen with no H31353234313937****32H insurance as well. we have given ample time to make this right. Keep sending him letters he ignores. Not professional. proof documents will be provided with person who takes this case and reaches out to me.

    Hi,

    This patient initiated a false claim to the ************************************** mediation committee in 2022.  The committee stated that ******* ****** was abusive, lied, misrepresented the statements of specialists and dental society staff, and was manipulating the system to her own ends.  They recommended that the case be dismissed.  

    Our of good faith, I originally was going to refund her the $920 that was paid for the crown since the tooth had to be extracted.  It was recommended by my liability insurance carrier to not refund any money because of the false claims the patient was making.

    This was all resolved and explained to the patient several times since December of 2022.  Attached is the summary of the mediation committee.
