      I placed an order back in July and have yet to receive it. I contacted customer service multiple times only to be told I would be issued a refund, but not my items. The items are now sold out and they absolutely refuse to make good on it by trying to locate and reship the items. This is bad business and Claires should be ashamed of themselves!! They are cheaters and thieves!!

      In reference to ************************************************************************ Employees posting hand written signs saying "on break, be back at 6" and not reopening the store. I waited for over 2 hours. Knocked on the door even, nothing...No one in sight. So I call as I'm getting in my car to leave the mall. A rude young lady finally answers the phone and I tell her that I have been waiting, she simply laughed and said.. we have been in here the whole time. I was like.. No! You weren't. Laughing again... well we are here now she goes on to say. It is now 6:58 pm they close at 7pm. So at this pointy I now realize that the Employees are just being lazy. It was a Friday night, and they just wanted to be out the door at closing time. I left a message with Claire's **************** and have no received a call back yet. It has been almost a week now.

      Called Claire's Corporate phone number. Was able to send a message to the distinct Manger of that area. I should receive a phone call in up to 72 hours. I'll keep my fingers crossed on this one. I will update this review after and or if I receive the phone call.

      On Sunday, July 17, 2022, I purchased earrings for my Tragus (outer ear lope). From the picture on the package and the sales person that sold me the earrings stated they would fit my ear. When I got ready to insert the earring into my ear, the stem of the earring was to "big" to enter into the hole in my ear. I took the purchase back and was told that I could "not" return these earrings. There is "NO" signs on the display that states you cannot return the merchandise and the sales person did not state this to me either; nor is there anything on the sales receipt that stated "final sale and/or no returns.I am more did displeased with this transaction as I "do not" have money to waste.Thank you.******************************* ********, **
