I have worked with the ** Capital team for three years. We have worked on three deals. I have never had any issues in working with their team. They have always been responsive and very upfront. The team always explains that there is no guarantees of funding. They also explain that they have a network of investors they work with. They have been able to successfully bring investors to the table on two of the deals. In terms of the third deal they had worked on it for over a year, despite the contact ending in six months. I am shocked at some of the reviews on this site but felt it was necessary to explain my experiences.

I hired SA Capital Partners three months ago. I met with *** in ***, he had expressed strong interest in the opportunity but was very transparent in not making guarantees. He had expressed they will take our information and circulate it to their network of investors. After a few months, they were able to get two different terms sheet and we were able to close the deal. I highly recommend SA Capital Partners. I had worked on this deal for over a year with no results.SA Capital Partners

Poor communication. Poor business practices. I provided very detailed complaint to BBB. They provide 2 sentences response. "Investor List" includes closed firms as far back as 10 years. Location specific firms including ******** area only. They took advantage of an ambitious start up and basically stole 2k from a veteran. Thanks SA.SA Capital Partners

Despite having full documentation of the work performed and receipts confirming the clients acceptance of all deliverables, the client still requested a refund. We attempted to reach a resolution, but the client declined. While we have a strong track record of success, its important to acknowledge that, unfortunately, not all deals secure funding.Review fromPatrick C

they sucked me in as if they had somebody on the line, and got my business plans and more. Then they disappear. I have been asking them for an update and they say another day, etc, then nothing.After I complained to them with my attorney in the email, they asked me when can I meet, which is a simple stall tactic.I have asked them to show me whatever they have, and no reply yet.I will get the 2k back from them, or we have a real problem.SA Capital Partners

We reached out to the client multiple times and have documented all our communications. After signing up and engaging us to work on the deal, the client later requested that we stop and threatened to defame our company unless a refund was issued.Review fromPaul A

I hired SA Capital, they took my money and never did a thing they promised. I have requested my money to be returned and nothing. He does not have a ********** office, it's only a mail drop. Do not give him money, do not listen to his pitch, He is a fraud.SA Capital Partners

The ***************** is a satellite location that we openly communicate about with all our clients. We've documented everything on our end and submitted all relevant information to the BBB, demonstrating the work completed. While we have a strong success rate, not every deal is funded. I hired SA Capital Partners a few months ago. I had hired a few companies prior to this and had no luck. They moved so quickly. I was able to get an investor on board in less than two months.
