June 27th 1. They hit a cable line, I get that happens. So the guy told his manager, who is the owner. It happened around 1 pm or so. I 100% guarantee they didn't call at the time because the guy at the site said well no one complained so nothing was done. Well then my neighbors got home from work and they said their cable, internet, and home phone were not working, weird. That's when ******* finally took initiative, so that was around 5 pm. So they finally called ******* and they told us they couldn't get some one out there till Friday and this happened on a Tuesday.2. CMS measured the yard completely wrong, this part was the biggest joke I have ever seen. So *** came and measured my yard he said the whole fence and I said yes. He took time to do so and gave me the quote for all sides. So I put the deposit down and then I had to wait because I had a house issue I needed to take care of. So then when I wanted the install, *** came out with the contractor they hired and showed me and the guy they hired what to do. Showed what to knock down and the guy and myself were like yep that's what needs to get done. Then this is when all h*** breaks loose. They didn't put one side of the fence on the project, so they ran out of material. So we asked what was going to happen, the guy at my house was like that's what I'm trying to figure out. I called ******* 2 times and no answer, left a voicemail and still nothing. The contractor then said well I don't have the money to buy the material, so he was like anyway you can give us more money to do so?? I paid 10k and I only get 2 sides of a fence done, when I had 4 other quotes that were roughly ****k for all sides. So I ended up giving another 400 because he was like if I don't have the money, I can't do it till Monday because I don't have the funds till later Friday. At this time CMS should have stepped up and helped get the funds, so my fence could get done, unless I did?? Now I can't get a hold of them bc I left a bad review.

On May 11, 2022, I contacted CMS (Contractor Management Services) and spoke with *************************************. ******* instantly gave me a quote over the phone via looking at my property on ****** maps. I was quoted initially $10,000-$11,000. I agreed and ******* then scheduled to come onsite on May 14, 2022. Once ******* looked at the property, he said he was sorry but that he could not do the project for the initial said amount. ******* then proceeded to say that the cheapest he could do it for was for $15,000 and if I wanted premium $18,000. I agreed to go with premium Weatherables which ******* told me was better than ****************** quality. The whole experience from beginning to end was a nightmare. The fence is not premium and in fact it comes from ******************. The fence bows, has big gaps with moving panels, my sidewalk has cracks on the side that if not repaired will ruin my concrete. I withheld payment and told them I was only going to pay $15,000 since I did not receive the fence that I agreed to and that they needed to fix this fence. They have yet to fix the fence and the company that ******* contracted will not give me the name of their company so I can file a complaint with them. I am currently dealing with the contracted company hired by CMS and nothing is resolved. This is not fair that a business has all the legal right, and the consumer gets screwed at the end of the day. I paid a lot of money for a premium fence that I did not receive. The fence itself had I gone with ********** cost about $7,500 add installation the fence I got which is still horrible should have been no more than what I was initially quoted $10,000-$11,000. This company is not responsible for their bad work and blame you for their problems. They always have a good excuse for everything and if you write bad review, they delete it. This company is very deceitful and does not provide good work leaving you spending more money fixing a non-premium fence you did not want. SCAMMERS.
