    Great experience at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. From the sales staff to service they always take great care of me and make for a pleasant local dealership to visit that stands from the typical pushy sales tactics. They were patient with me and ensured I was fully ready to take on a positive ownership experience with my new Qx60... this was a huge for me since I was upgrading from my 2013 g37. They even setup my first oil change appointment included with my 3 year maintenance!

    What a great vehicle buying experience. I came to look for an used car. My sales person was fantastic. Helped me tremendously! The manager made sure that I was well taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new or used car. I appreciate you guys.

    Descent place to do business with. I bought a used ******* Aviator and my wife got a New Qx60 lease. Will definitely buy again here. The prepaid maintenance with her New Infiniti is awesome. Thank you **** for expediting the process and getting us on the road in 30 minutes.

    Was looking for dream truck and I found it on this dealership lot! 2020 GMC Sierra ********* 24 rims and 6 lift (go big or go home) Its a **** shame **** is a complete waste of a **********. Purchased used w 27k miles $46,500 WITH an extended b2b warranty $5,500 cost me $58,000 total. 48 hrs I noticed a noise. They assured me the lift came with 12 mo. warranty, needs re-torquing every 3 mo. Like new shoes needs to be adjusted as breaking in. Well, here we are 3 months out and the noise louder and louder. Re-torqued twice already. Noise comes on when it wants to, constantly or nothing at all! I went back many times and of COURSE the noise would NOT reproduce ?? I broke down in frustration tears in waiting room WHY was my dream truck making me look crazy?! They assured me if I could just document (video) the noise theyd be happy to fix it! They just needed to know WHAT the problem was. So one week later noise started up again and I got it on video! Yay! (Not so much) sent video our GM **** says theres nothing we can do about your concern. (What??) I requested he call me. He didnt. I called 3 times. Sent to VM. So I went in person. CALLED THE POLICE ON ME! Said there is NO NOISE and NOTHING WRONG with truck. Looked me straight in eyes and said dont hear anything while I played video! The video he told me to take! Told me to leave. I said why? I purchased it from YOU. What part of the word warranty am I NOT comprehending?! He said theres NO NOISE and I have a 6 lift so its GOING to make noise. Even the cops said hes a complete bleepin bleep. But he DOES have the right to refuse services and thats ok! But dont tell me to document it, and then deny the existence of it! Im a single young female w 3 small children. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I feel sorry for staff that have to put up with him. I wish I could park my truck between his teeth! But it would never fit. My truck is way too fancy for his mouth. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! S**** YOU INFINITI HOFFMAN!

    Very unprofessional car salesman and management. I only gave them permission to run my credit with one bank and 1 bank only only. I got 5 hard inquiries now from other banks without my permission. And the excuse I got was oh sorry we're just trying to help you. It was only supposed to be run at 1 bank because I had approval from other banks already.
