    I will never recommend this for a rehabilitation center or facility to let your family live their life out in. As they would probably be gone in a matter of weeks. The nurse lights, worthless. They are the same color as the regular light next to it. Oh, they also have a screen at the nurses station that flashes, but no one ever pays attention to that. Including EVERY HEAD NURSE THERE. 45 minute wait on a nurse to show up unless there's a person there to inform them that your family member needs assistance, and they still take ***** minutes. They even argue with you about it. All CNAs I've seen are walk past the room, not check in. See that they are still there, and pass by. Leaving residents in the dining room for 30+ minutes every single time they eat. I've seen nurses and CNAs just sitting on their phones, in chairs for guests, not on their break or lunch. The administration doesn't do anything in a timely manner and makes up every excuse they can why they cant. Withholding information about your family from you. Not changing out equipment or doing vitals as much as they should or changing the patient. I'm highly disappointed in the care my family member received and am in the midst of moving her out of there. Its a nightmare of a specialty facility, including up to the people running the place. Never able to speak with you about important matters, always hiding in the front office, having the front desk person take the heat from customers, telling them to tell people they aren't in. When I can see them hiding in an office, or closing the door as though no one is there, to avoid speaking to you. If I could give a 0 or negative rating, I would do so. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. If you want the bare minimum care for your elderly or disabled family, THIS IS THE ***** FOR YOU! If not, look elsewhere.
