    I bought a heated pitchers jacket on 2/12/2025 After we received it my son went to use it and the first use the buttons on the jacket broke, and the battery pack wouldn't stay on.I contacted their customer services on March 18th regarding these issues. I was emailing with an individual named ****. He said I could return the jacket for a refund and sent me a prepaid label. Upon receipt of the label I tried to contact him again because the post office informed me the label was incorrect. It was marked for ground shipping and should have had an H on it because there was a battery being shipped. I have had zero contact back since I emailed the company asking for a different label. I have emailed multiple times, called at least four times, always going to a voicemail, I have left a voicemail each time, I have tried their chat service and nobody is ever there.
