    I was approved for Snap Finance for $690. I took my 2018 ***** Camaro to have some maintenance work done. The total came to over $500, and I advised that I would be using Snap Finance. I received a call after 5 pm on January 4th to inform me that I can come and pick up my vehicle at 5:45 pm CST. When I arrived, someone proceeded to check me out using Snap Finance. I had a difficult time looking for the application # but I eventually found it. They inputted the number and said they could not find me. After trying several times, I they were still not finding it. I was told to reapply which made no sense. Why apply again when I already have an approval and why would I want to hit my credit with another inquiry???? Of course, because of the time of day they called me to pick up my vehicle Snap Finance closed at 5 pm. Now it is Sunday and Snap Finance is closed, and I have to go to work on Monday, January 6th. Midas wants to hold my vehicle when this could have been prevented by contacting me sooner especially after I informed them that I was using Snap Finance when I received the first call around 1:45-2 pm CST and Snap closed at 5 pm on Saturday.

    The customer came to have service performed at the Homewood Midas. She stated that she was preapproved for Snap Financing. When the vehicle arrived, the vehicle was three quarts of oil overfilled, low on coolant and the serpentine belt was squeaking. he customer approved to have the oil changed, belt replaced and a leak evaluation performed. When the vehicle was complete, the customer was contacted to pick the vehicle up. When the store tried to find the customers Snap reference number, they were unable to find it. It turns out that since she applied while in *******, it would not be compatible in ******** due to different regulations and guidelines. The customer was asked to reapply at the ******************** Location. The transaction was not approved immediately so the vehicle was not able to be released. The next day on Sunday, the store manager went to the Midas location and was able to process the transaction. The customer was able to pick the vehicle up.

    I paid for new rotors and break pads but the rotors are worn in less than a year. I took it in 2 times and I guess because I am a women they continue to tell me of something else other than bad rotors that was put on my vehicle.

    The customer had her brakes inspected and no issues were found with the brakes or rotors. The customer can go get a second option if needed. The fact that the customer is accusing ******************** of gender discrimination is sick and unfounded. At this point, the customer should go elsewhere if she is going to spread lies about a company that tried to help everyone get back on the road safely.
