    I entered into a contractual agreement with ******* Harris of Harris Construction Company on or about October 19, 2023 to remodel my kitchen, living and dining room. I paid Harris Construction Company $19,682.00. ******* failed honor his contractual agreement, that is, "Labor is guaranteed for 1 year from date of completion. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices...." ******* failed to complete painting the walls identified in the contractual agreement. ******* failed to physically investigate why the bathroom toilet is leaking, which he installed the toilet. I have called numerous times. The last time I called him his conversation was not leading to him investigating why the toilet was leaking. I told ******* our call was being ended. After I hung up, ******* sent me a text calling me a child for hanging up on him.

    ************** called me about the toilet and I asked him,what did youll  do to the toilet cause it wasnt leaking after I installed it, and he stated, his daughter ***** put some blue toilet bowl cleaner pellets in the bowl. I told you never use those because they will eat the rubber up that around the toilet bowl bolts. He said awe I didnt know that. He called me again about the toilet and said it wasnt leaking anymore but can I come look at it. I told him I was in ******** working and come till I get back, I dont even think he heard me cause he was trying to out talk me. I told him if its not leaking then what am I coming over there for. I also told him, thats not fault before youll put those pellets in the toilet. He got an attitude and hung up the phone. I also my sent one of the guys that was helping me over to do some touch up painting he wanted done and he said everything was good. I have proof of that. After he hung up he sent me a text stating that he was going to go on social media and blast me talk about how I didnt honor my warranty. While I was working over his house he bragged about how he goes on social media and rant about people and complaints like he did the lady next door to him. I told him he was acting like a child. I honor all my work, thats why I have so many clients, and contracts. I work for 9 different senior buildings, DCFS and other organizations and dont have any complaints. They wont let anyone else do their work, they will wait till Im done with a project so I can do their work.
