    My Tenant at *** ** ****** ** ******* had been referred to Hiltz after C&C tried and failed to fix the water draining issues at the property.
    This was roughly 2 or 3 weeks ago.
    My Tenant finally managed to reach Hiltz on 06/18/24 to be told that HILTZ would get in touch with them next week.
    HILTZ failed to return any phone calls after being called Multiple times.
    The water in my property is backing up every time it is used in an issue that is most certainly caused by the City Lines. This needs fixed urgently; as there is sewer water and dirt that backs up into the house.

    Hiltz lists 24/7 emergency services as something they offer, which at this point looks to be false advertising, as Hiltz is unable to provide service in weeks let alone days.

    I contacted them via email twice yesterday after my tenant advised that they had finally returned her call and would not be in touch to even schedule a time until next week despite the urgency and no one responded.

    This has been an ongoing issue since 2017 when I took ownership of the home so at the very least 7 years and Hiltz has been out several times and yet the issue continues to come back.
