    On February 29,2024 we received a text message that our septic was going to overflow. We called the provided phone number and someone came out to pump the tank down. We were then told that he would have to come out the next day to trouble shoot to find out what was wrong. No one returned and we could not get a response from anyone for numerous days. Due to no one coming back, my husband did some trouble shooting and thought he may have figured it out. My husband then sent a text and called and was told the part would be ordered. A week later no one had contacted us regarding the part so my husband called again and was advised that they have to come out to trouble shoot before the part could be ordered. Another 2 weeks past and no one has come to the house to trouble shoot. My husband has had to pump our tank down 3 times because no one has come to do this and our tank was going to overflow each time. I called today (3/22/24) and spoke to **** and was yelled at and was told that I need to communicate better with my husband and that he had wasted the last 30 minutes with me because the part has been ordered, even though my husband was just told on 03/20/24 and 03/21/24 that the part had not been ordered. We have paid for a yearly contract and we are requesting our money back.
