This company almost killed my bosses dog. The lead trainer of this business has been charged with felony animal cruelty, and almost killed my bosses dog by starving her and keeping her so confined she developed skin necrosis in late February of 2025 that she is still healing from. He is the face of this company, but has multiple citations and charges against him, spanning multiple years, regarding his treatment and keeping of animals. Further, this business currently is not licensed to do business in ********, as they dissolved the corporation on March 2025, but are still advertising and doing business. The lead trainer had 19 malnourished, injured dogs taken from the premises, and he is still the face of this company. This company is unethical, dangerous, and doing business without a license.

When I found ************************** I was excited to have found a positive reinforcement trainer. ***** assured me he would be able to help me and my (then) 6 month old, half-blind rescue define some boundaries at boarded training.Six weeks laterMy dog came back to me with her tail tucked, fur matted beyond repair and a urine-stained underside. She had learned how to go to her place but not stay. She knew how to lay down but not stay. She was 10x more reactive with other dogs and, now, cars, bikes, strollers and anything else that moves. She remains nervous and un-house trained. I have been working for the past six months to undo the damage done during her ************ should know that this is NOT positive reinforcement training. They use prong collars and shock collarsboth which have been proven detrimental to dogs mental health. ***** *** not even be the one who trains/cares for your dog. To this day, I have no idea who actually trained my dog.Luckily for me, she is a wonderful girl who just has intense anxiety and visual impairment and I have the means to take her to a wonderful behavioral therapy vet. We can work on it together. When my dog returned to me matted beyond repair, I took her to her first grooming appointment. The groomer was appalled and offered to have her mother (a retired attorney and dog lover) write a letter on my behalf saying that I should be refunded. I declined and I regret it to this day. I have contacted ***** multiple times, asking for a refund for ONLY training (not the prong collar, long leash, or shock collar he charged me for). He has never responded.
