    ASAP Garage Door Repair helped me solve a problem with my garage door opener, saving me a lot of money. They didn't charge me anything. Five Stars!!!

    Terrible customer service response. **** replaced two broken springs in my garage door. The tech left and the door was crooked and very noisy. I called and the same tech came and when he left the problems were worse. ASAP will answer your calls but it impossible to reach management. I gave up and called *********************** Within two hours a "qualified tech was here and the problems were solved. I attempted to call ASAP with a courtesy call just to let them know that they may have an employee that needs trading. I explained to the phone person that my call was not to complain or ask for anything...just thought that someone should know. NO RESPONSE
